Description

Here we have the first release (inaugural) whisky from White Peak Distillery situated in the heart of Derbyshire, named after the building where it is located. This whisky has been mashed, fermented, distilled, and matured on-site, a full lifecycle at the Wire Works location that gives the distillery its name. It’s made from a combination of both unpeated and peated malt, and benefits from a slow four-day fermentation and the use of fresh, live yeast from a local Derbyshire brewery to create a unique spirit profile, which is then accentuated by a combination of ex-bourbon and STR casks.
