North Star Spirits, based in Glasgow, are celebrating their 100th cask and 5th anniversary with a special bottling selected from a local producer. Glasgow Distillery was the first in the city for over a century and has been distilling spirit since 2014. After an initial maturation in a refill hogshead, this whisky was finished in an Oloroso hogshead until March 2021.Only 358 bottles, all at 51.5%.
