Description
Glenfiddich takes its name from its location, this in Scottish Gaelic meaning Valley of the deer and is why Glenfiddich have the Stags Head as their Logo. Built in 1886 by William Grant and his 9 children and still remaining family owned to this day and can now boast being the worlds most Awarded Single Malt.
Since 1887 Glenfiddich have only used water flowing through the Valley of the Deer for the World’s most awarded signature expression Single Malt Scotch Whisky. While William Grant always insisted on a high cut point for his Whisky, this gave the Glenfiddich a very unique distinctive fruitiness.
